CRCA and mild steel railing systems for factories, warehouses, bridges, walkways and infrastructure projects. IS 2062 structural grade. Epoxy primer and PU topcoat or hot-dip galvanised. IS 875 compliant. Pan India supply.
Get a QuoteCRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) and mild steel railing systems from Railings India are the economical choice for industrial, infrastructure and institutional projects where structural performance and durability are prioritised over aesthetics. All systems are fabricated from IS 2062 structural steel and treated with epoxy primer plus polyurethane topcoat or hot-dip galvanised to IS 4759 for outdoor and corrosive environments.
Mezzanine edge protection, machine guarding barriers and loading dock safety railings for manufacturing facilities, logistics warehouses and SEZ industrial units. IS 875 industrial load rated. Hot-dip galvanised for outdoor and humid factory environments.
MS bridge railings and pedestrian walkway barriers for road-over-bridge, footover-bridge and elevated walkway projects. IRC and NBC 2016 compliant. Hot-dip galvanised to IS 4759 for long-term outdoor corrosion resistance.
Heavy-duty MS safety railings for power plant walkways, dam access roads, transmission line tower platforms and utility infrastructure. IS 875 Part 5 compliant with full structural documentation.
CRCA safety barriers for metro rail depot maintenance areas, airport utility zones and airside restricted access perimeters. Hot-dip galvanised for long-term outdoor durability.
What is the difference between CRCA and MS railings?
CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) steel has a smoother surface finish and tighter dimensional tolerances than hot-rolled mild steel. CRCA is preferred for visible applications where a cleaner surface finish is required before painting. Mild steel (MS) IS 2062 is specified for structural and heavy-duty applications where surface finish is less critical.
When should hot-dip galvanising be specified instead of paint?
Hot-dip galvanising (HDG) to IS 4759 is specified for outdoor structural railings, bridge railings, coastal and humid environments, and any application where the railing cannot be easily repainted after installation. HDG provides 20–40 years corrosion protection depending on environment, versus 5–10 years for quality epoxy-PU paint systems.
